User Guide: Accessing IGGIQ

Welcome to the IGGIQ platform. This guide will walk you through the steps to access your account for the first time, including setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.

Step 1: Receive the Welcome Email

1. You will receive an email from [email protected].

2. Open the email and click on the provided link to begin setting up your account.

Step 2: Create Your Password

1. The link in the email will direct you to a page where you can create a new password.

2. Enter your desired password and confirm it.

Step 3: Access the IGGIQ Platform

1. Go to platform.iggiq.com.

2. Enter your email address as your username.

3. Use the password you just set to log in.

Step 4: Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To enhance the security of your account, you will be required to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

1. After logging in, you will be prompted to set up MFA.

2. A QR code will be displayed on the screen.

3. Use an authentication app on your phone to scan the QR code. We recommend using either Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.

Setting Up Google Authenticator

1. Download the Google Authenticator app from the Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).

2. Open the app and tap the "+" button to add a new account.

3. Select "Scan a QR code" and use your phone's camera to scan the QR code displayed on the IGGIQ platform.

4. The app will generate a 6-digit authentication code.

5. Enter this code on the IGGIQ platform to complete the MFA setup.

Setting Up Microsoft Authenticator

1. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).

2. Open the app and tap the "+" button to add a new account.

3. Select "Scan a QR code" and use your phone's camera to scan the QR code displayed on the IGGIQ platform.

4. The app will generate a 6-digit authentication code.

5. Enter this code on the IGGIQ platform to complete the MFA setup.

Final Steps

1. Once you have entered the authentication code, your MFA setup will be complete.

2. You are now ready to use the IGGIQ platform securely.
